前四篇把协议、最近一次正式版、推荐都讲完了，这篇不再重复——只给清单：系统名称、官网、开源地址。看到哪个想深入了解，直接点链接。清单里这 38 个都有公开的代码仓库，源码随时能拉下来看；少数几条后面带括号标注，说明它的协议或授权有额外情况（比如主体开源但有一段授权文件不开源，或者代码与协议都开放、官方口径却要收费），照着标注读就不会踩错。另外提醒一句：仓库不等于最新版——易优 CMS 的最新安装包走官网下载页，仓库里的源码可能跟不上。织梦和帝国这两个要买授权的，单独放在最后说明。

不在清单里的两个
上面清单里的标注分四种情况，先交代清楚，免得把"开源"两个字当成一回事：全代码开源（清单里绝大多数，协议宽松、商用自由）；主体开源但留有闭源部分（有一段授权文件不开源，去版权之类的动作要到官网走授权流程，清单里 PbootCMS 那条就是这么标的）；代码与协议都开放、但官方把商用划进收费口径（易优 CMS：仓库是标准 Apache-2.0、无附加条款，官网却写"商用必选"、188 元起卖——协议和官方口径是脱钩的两件事，看「能不能免费商用」得两边都看）；源码可得但商用要买授权（就是下面这两个，不属于开源软件）。
织梦CMS（DedeCMS）和帝国CMS（EmpireCMS）没进上面清单：两者的源码都能免费下载，但它们属于 source-available（源码可得）而非开源软件——许可条款对"商业用途"单独设限，商用必须另买授权（织梦 5800 元/域名、帝国 4200 元/站点起，两个数字分别出自两家官网的正版授权页，链接见文末来源）。
这里要说明白一件事，免得误解：开源软件是可以收费的。卖拷贝、卖技术支持、双许可（社区版 GPL 免费、商业版付费）都很常见，GPL 本身就允许销售——收钱不影响开源身份。真正的分界线在别处：开源软件不能限制你"用在哪个领域"。
OSI 开源定义第 6 条写得很直白，许可证不得限制程序被用于商业（"it may not restrict the program from being used in a business"）。所以"不付费就不能商用"这一条，才是它们不算开源软件的原因，跟收不收费无关。

另外提醒一句：别把论坛（Discuz!、phpBB、Flarum）和 Wiki（MediaWiki、DokuWiki）当 CMS 选——它们一个是按帖子、一个是按词条组织的，不按栏目发内容，和这份清单里的东西不是一类。
